UK Mainland Standard Delivery Postal Charges

Your order will be dispatched the day following receipt of payment and will be sent  Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery or via my Hermes
Our packaging and delivery charge is FREE for Uk addresses. If items require specialist courier and  this  will be flagged within the item

 description and delivery will be quoted separately from these standard charges.– both standard  charges relate to delivery to UK addresses only.
We are happy to organise overseas/international delivery but this will be subject to Royal Mail postal charges. Advise us of your location via email prior to placing your order, and we will supply you with the cost of shipping.
If you would like your purchases to be insured, expressed or subject to any special delivery instructions, please notify us by email and we will advise you of the extra costs that these requests are liable to incur.

Buying from us
We work extremely hard to ensure that all our customers are pleased with their products and service. However, we know that sometimes and with the best will in the world things may go wrong. In this instance please notify us straight away and we will rectify any problems, which may have occurred.

Money back guarantee
We are happy to give refunds or exchange on any items purchased from us providing that they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt. The cost of return postage is not refundable.

Cancellation of orders
To cancel an order you can inform us by email info@beetonandbrown.co.uk, or telephone prior to delivery of your items, quoting your order number or product name. Orders that have already been dispatched prior to notification will be subject to return postal costs and the condition of items as stated in our Money Back Guarantee policy.
