We are happy to give refunds or exchange on any items purchased from us providing that they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt. The cost of return postage is not refundable.

Cancellation of orders
To cancel an order you can inform us by email info@beetonandbrown.co.uk, or telephone prior to delivery of your items, quoting your order number or product name. Orders that have already been dispatched prior to notification will be subject to return postal costs and the condition of items as stated in our Money Back Guarantee policy.
